Typical Indian Chicken Masala

Ingredients
  •     500 grams Chicken Breast
  •     salt
  •     lemon juice
  •     2 cup yogurt
  •     1 bottle of ketchup
  •     Roughly chop:
  •     2 pieces Onions are all in roughly chopped
  •     8 cloves garlic
  •     2 tomatoes
  •     Bay leaf
  •     pinch of salt
  •     sugar to taste
  •     3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
  •     Salt Masalaa:
  •     coriander powder
  •     cumin powder
  •     turmeric powder
  •     chili powder
  •     1 small box full cream milk (can be replaced with cream)
  •     Curry leaves at roughly chopped
  •     60 ml of warm water

How to make:

1. Combine plain yogurt in chickens has been given a bit of salt and lemon juice, stir well and add salt Masalaa, add a bit of curry leaves which are already roughly chopped, put into a container and store in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
2. Saute onion and chopped garlic until fragrant, add the bay leaf and chopped tomatoes, if tomatoes wilted add the tomato sauce and stir and cook over low heat
3. If you stir the sauce had thickened add 60ml of warm water and stir well, give a little salt and sugar, add salt powder Masalaa residual earlier, when it boils turn off the heat and add the curry leaves
4. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and grilled chicken with alumenium foil and put into the oven, may also bake with teflon until chicken is cooked
5. If the chicken is already cooked then cut the chicken into cubes the size of the medium and mix the chicken into the sauce before and cook over medium heat, give full cream milk 50ml and mix approximately 5 minutes turn off the heat and ready to serve with rice briyani or can with white rice
