Salmon with Ratatouille Simple

Ingredients

     150 GRM salmon fillets (can be replaced with other fish)
     2 tomatoes, cut
     1/2 red bell pepper, cut
     2 spring onions, grated
     3 cloves garlic, grated 1, 2 in geprak
     2 cm ginger, grated
     Lime juice
     Oregano to taste
     White pepper to taste
     Garlic powder to taste
     Thyme to taste
     Rice vinegar to taste

How to Make:

1. To cook the ratatouille:
2 tbsp miyak, saute onion, garlic geprak, and peppers until soft. ADD tomatoes, rice vinegar and stir until wilted tomatoes. Season with oregano, thyme, white pepper, and garlic powder, stir briefly. Lift. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

2. Fish:

3. Heat a pan that has been given 1 tablespoon of oil. Bake the fish into the pan until cooked, remove and drain.

4. Presentation:
